What we collect

My account: for now your account, saved homes and alerts are kept only in your own browser and are not sent to us. When sign-in by email link starts, we will keep your email address, saved homes and alert settings, and we will update this page first. We never store a password.

From the alerts form: how you want to get alerts (WhatsApp or email), your phone number or email, cities, maximum rent, rooms and move-in time. We do not ask for your BSN, ID or income.

Why

To send you homes that match your search. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not sell your data or share it with landlords, agents or advertisers.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most 12 months after your last alert.

Who else sees it

Website hosting and form processing: Netlify. Email to hello@gableway.nl: forwarded by ImprovMX and kept in Google Gmail. When alerts start: WhatsApp (Meta) or email, the channel you choose. Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside the EU. Nobody else gets your data.

Cookies and storage

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser keeps your last search during your visit (session storage) and the homes you save, your account and your language (local storage). You can delete your account and all its data at any time on the My account page.

You can ask for access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to . You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
